How it works

Type the customer's VAT number: legal name, trade name, tax office, address and activity come from the AADE registry (with your own special access codes) or from VIES. You review and save.

Send the offer as a personal link. Your customer opens it on a computer or phone, accepts it with a signature, declines it or proposes a different amount.
Contracts
Create the contract from a template with the customer and offer details. Your customer signs on screen and you receive the final PDF.
Invoicing
Every invoice moves from draft to issued with automatic numbering per series. Issued invoices cannot be edited: they are corrected with a credit note.

AADE · myDATA
mytameio maps every invoice to the myDATA document types and code lists, validates it against the official XSD schema and transmits it to AADE. For every accepted document the MARK, UID and QR code are stored.
mytameio is not an e-invoicing service provider (ΥΠΑΗΕΣ) or a fiscal electronic device (ΦΗΜ).

mytameio is a web application (SaaS) for managing customers, offers, contracts, invoices, payments and expenses. It runs in the browser, on desktop and mobile, with nothing to install.
You create an account and use the app free of charge for 7 days, without a credit card. During the trial the AADE integration works only in the myDATA test environment (sandbox).
The app integrates with AADE myDATA and receives the MARK, UID and QR code. Today the integration is available in the test environment (sandbox). The Wholesale module for the production environment and the Retail module are coming soon.
No. mytameio is not a certified electronic invoicing service provider (ΥΠΑΗΕΣ) and not a fiscal electronic device (ΦΗΜ). For e-invoicing and retail receipts it will work with a certified provider.
Your customer signs the offer or contract on screen (with a mouse or finger) through a personal link; name, email, IP address and time of signing are recorded. This is a simple electronic signature, not a qualified signature under the eIDAS regulation.
The app is available in Greek and English. Documents for your customers (offers, invoices, contracts, emails) can be issued in Greek, English or German.
Yes. One user can belong to several businesses and switch between them; each business's data stays fully separated.
Yes. In Settings you can export all your data as CSV files. Export and document viewing remain available after the trial or subscription ends.
