Wholesale — B2B invoicing
Transmission of business invoices (e.g. Sales Invoice) to myDATA and receipt of the MARK. The module already runs in the AADE test environment.
AADE · myDATA
mytameio is designed for the electronic books obligations of Greek businesses. Here is exactly what is available today and what is coming soon.
myDATA ("my Digital Accounting and Tax Application") is the electronic books platform of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE). Businesses transmit the details of their documents to it; for every accepted document AADE assigns a unique registration number (MARK).
The invoice is issued with a document type, VAT category and income classification.
The data is checked against the official myDATA XSD schema.
The document is transmitted to AADE with the business's own credentials.
MARK, UID and QR code are stored and shown on the invoice.
Both modules are optional; all other mytameio features (customers, offers, contracts, invoices, payments) are available to everyone.
Transmission of business invoices (e.g. Sales Invoice) to myDATA and receipt of the MARK. The module already runs in the AADE test environment.
Retail Sales Receipts (Απόδειξη Λιανικής Πώλησης) issued through a certified provider (ΥΠΑΗΕΣ) and transmitted to myDATA.
For e-invoicing and retail receipts, mytameio will work with a certified electronic invoicing service provider (ΥΠΑΗΕΣ). The provider issues and transmits the documents according to the AADE specifications.
During the 7-day free trial the AADE integration runs exclusively in the myDATA test environment (sandbox): you can try the whole flow without transmitting any real document.

Not yet. The integration currently runs in the AADE test environment (sandbox). Transmission to the production environment will be enabled with the Wholesale module, which is coming soon.
The MARK (Μοναδικός Αριθμός Καταχώρισης, unique registration number) is assigned by AADE to every document successfully transmitted to myDATA. mytameio stores it with the invoice.
The UID is the unique identifier of the document, calculated from its key details (issuer VAT number, date, series, number, etc.). The QR code links to the document's record in myDATA and is printed on the invoice.
That depends on your business's obligations and how you choose to issue documents; please ask your accountant. For e-invoicing and retail receipts mytameio will work with a certified provider (ΥΠΑΗΕΣ).
Your AADE credentials (myDATA user name and API key) are stored encrypted and used only for your own business's integration.
